MAKO CIGRE web portal uses the "cookies" (listed below) for navigation purposes and the information stored in the cookies will not be used for marketing purposes

For added security, for e-payments MAKO CIGRE will not ask, nor can be aware of the information related the card being used for payment, except for the last four digits of the card that are provided by our bank, but only for successful transactions. Transactions are carried out by Casys International, on behalf of our bank, Stopanska banka, Skopje.
For e-commerce purposes MAKO CIGRE will record and keep the following data related to e-payment transactions:
- user data in the registered users database and MAKO CIGRE Member Registrar (name and last name, address data and member status),
- detailed info for the services being paid (date and time of the order, description of the service, quantity, unit price, VAT, approved discount i total amount being paid), and
- transaction information (provided by Casys International - data, time and authorization code for successful transactions or rejection code) and connection details (client’s IP address and browser information).

Opening ceremony and other social events
Opening ceremony and Welcome cocktail
Opening ceremony will take place at 12:00 in Biljana Hall in Hotel Metropol.
MAKO CIGRE invites all Conference participants and guests to a cocktail party that will take place at the pool terrace at Hotel “Bellevue” or the terrace of hotel “Metropol” (weather permitting) after the opening ceremony.
Sunday dinner and Monday lunch
MAKO CIGRE and its partners invite registered Conference participants to a dinner on Sunday and lunch on Monday that will be served in the Restaurant of Hotel Metropol.
Gala dinner
MAKO CIGRE will organize a Gala dinner for the Conference participants on Monday in the restaurant of Hotel “Bellevue”. The dinner is included in the Conference fee.
Tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased at the Conference reception desk for a price of 2000 MKD (approx. 33 EUR).
Farewell cocktail
The Conference will conclude with a farewell cocktail on Tuesday, on the Terrace of Hotel Metropol.

In addition to the Plenary session, the Conference will be organized in 14 Study Committee sessions.
SC sessions will take place in four halls.
Information for authors and presenters
More information about preparation of presentations and posters can be found in the Authors' section
Half an hour before the start of the morning and the afternoon sessions, session moderators and the authors that will present their papers will have a chance to meet in Hotel Metropol lobby. The objective of these meetings is to familiarize the authors with the course of the sessions.
The topics and questions for discussion were proposed by the reviewers and the study committees. Paper presentations, including discussion, are limited to 20 minutes.
MAKO CIGRE will provide all the necessary technical equipment (computer with a video projector and other equipment as appropriate).
